Charming Hot Chocolate

At the very heart of the cold afternoon of winter, when the tendency is often to curling under a plaid and reading a good book, the guest who has its own place at our side is the famous hot chocolate! Here is a sweet recipe made with some utensils: Small Silicone Molds (but you can use an ice mold), sticks (plastic or wood) and of course your favorite mug!

Ingredients

• dark chocolat

• milk

• cinnamon powder

Preparation

• Melt some chocolate square using a water-bath.

• Wait 2 minuts before garnish the silicon mould and insert stick in.

• Put in the freezer for 2 hours.

• Bring milk to the boile with some cinnamon powder.

• Pour hot cinnamon milk in your favorite mug.

• Immerse the stick with the frozen chocolate in the mug and let it melt with the milk with tossing gently.

For the gourmands, decorate your hot chocolate with little marshmallows or whipped cream.
