English version :Cookies, Love and Chocolate

INGREDIENTS for 20 cookies :
▪ 40g soft butter
▪ 225g dark chocolate
▪ 2 eggs
▪ 120g caster sugar (or icing sugar)
▪ 60g flour
▪ 1 teaspoon baking soda
▪ 1 teaspoon salt
▪ 100g milk chocolat caramel chopped
▪ Salt flower
PREPARATION
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Melt butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring regularly. Let it cool a couple a minuts. .
• Mix eggs and sugar until have an homogeneous mixture. Incorporate the mixture chocolate-butter, flour, baking soda and salt. When the dough is homogeneous, add toffe chocolate. Mix.
• Shape the dough into balls (like a golf ball) with two spoons, and lay them every 7 centimeters on a baking sheet.
• Bake for about 8 minuts. Then leave on the tray for 5 minutes and sprinkle the cookies with "a salted kiss" (salt flower).
